How do I get the Link to save my wireless password? I have to sign in each time I boot up. It asks for some other password to save it but I don't know what that is. Thanks.

Your LINK image is quite old. Newer versions should remove this password and make wireless connectivity more persistent.

You can download the latest image here: http://www.neurostechnology.com/restore-neuros-link

Does the LINK have the capability to stream video from other computers over a LAN network?

Yes! This is a mature feature of the underlying Ubuntu operating system, and the LINK enables you to fully tap into those features. You can find lots of information here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SettingUpSamba

I can't hear any audio while playing a TV show from Neuros.TV. What do I do?

If you are running version 1.2 of the Neuros LINK software (you will know if you are on 1.2 if you see icons on your LINK desktop - navigate to the upper right of the browser and click on the "_" icon, and see icons on your desktop), ensure that your volume has not become muted.

Please ensure that each of these volume controls are not muted and set to a reasonable volume:

1.) Your television.

2.) The LINK's operating system, Ubuntu. To do this, navigate to the upper right of the browser and choose the Minimize ( _ ) icon. The volume control is near the upper right corner of the desktop.

3.) The video site's own player. For instance, Hulu.com has a proprietary video player with their own volume control.

In addition, if you are outputing audio through the 5.1 analog channel (e.g. the green jack in the back of the LINK), you will need to double-click on the desktop icon labeled "Set 5.1 Audio Out" to ensure audio is sent to the right destination.

On booting it up the Neuros LINK I get the error message "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key". What do I do?

First, please ensure that you have plugged the included USB flash drive, which contains your operating system, into one of the open USB slots in the rear of the LINK. Then, turn off and turn on the device.

Second, if this does not work, your USB flash drive may have become corrupted. Please restore your USB flash drive with the latest image using these instructions.
